Client Policies

•All new clients will require a non refundable deposit that will go toward the total cost of service at the time of your appointment.

•We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late to your scheduled appointment, please call the number given in your confirmation! We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require working within the time constraints of the originally scheduled appointment time or rescheduling your appointment for another day. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session.

•We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancelations. This policy is in place out of respect for our clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. 

•Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us directly within 1 day. Braid services cannot be guaranteed without purchasing recommended aftercare directly from me on the day of your appointment. 

•Prices listed in the Braiding Services menu on this website are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive. We will inform you of the price before we begin your service. All services must be paid for at the time of completion. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.
